Terms & Conditions
1. Account Registration By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 2. Eligibility Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation and conduct. 3. Fees and Payments All program fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged. Refund policies are as communicated at the time of registration. Late payments may result in suspension of participation. 4. Attendance and Conduct Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually. The Club reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of facility rules. 5. Health and Safety Participants must be in adequate physical health to engage in sporting activities. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or limitations that may affect participation. 6. Photography and Media The Club may photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing to opt out. 7. Personal Property The Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the facility. 8. Program Changes The Club reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, venues, or program content as necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided for significant changes. 9. Communication By creating an account, you consent to receive emails and notifications related to your account, programs, and club announcements. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. 10. Privacy Personal information collected during registration is used solely for program administration, communication, and safety. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. 11. Amendments These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Waiver of Liability
1. Activity Risk Disclosure Participants acknowledge and understand that badminton and other racquet sports involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries from rapid movements, and accidental contact with other players or equipment. The Club has taken reasonable safety measures; however, participants must fully recognize these risks and assume corresponding responsibility. 2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Participation in sporting activities involves physical exertion and carries the risk of injury. You knowingly and freely assume all such risk. You hereby release, waive, and discharge any and all claims against the Club, its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, and representatives for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law. 3. Medical Authorization In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize the Club staff to provide or seek necessary medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred as a result of participation. 4. Facility Usage All participants must abide by the facility's usage rules and safety regulations. If any hazard or abnormality is found, staff should be notified immediately. Participants should inspect the playing area before use and exercise due care at all times. 5. Training Disclaimer Participants in training programs should follow coaching instructions and train within their own capabilities. Guardians of minor participants should carefully read this waiver and bear corresponding supervisory responsibilities. The Club shall not be liable for injury caused by failure to follow instructions or training beyond one's abilities, to the extent permitted by law. 6. Image and Video Release I grant permission for the Club to use photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and printed materials. 7. Parental Authorization of Child Dismissal (For Participants Under 18) I give permission for my child to be dismissed at the conclusion of the scheduled session. I understand that the Club is not responsible for supervision after the session ends. It is my responsibility to ensure timely pickup.
Child Dismissal Authorization (details in Waiver):
I authorize my child to leave the facility independently after class or camp without adult supervision.
I do not authorize. I guarantee that I or an authorized adult will pick up my child promptly at the scheduled class end time.
